Kaitlyn

NP, Practice Director

As a Co-Founder of Atalo Aesthetics, Kaitlyn has been an aesthetic injector and skincare specialist since 2015. She started her medical career in 2009, working in an emergency department while earning her Bachelor of Science of Nursing degree at the University of Cincinnati.  Wanting to advance her education, she obtained her Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner and transitioned to the field of aesthetics.  Immediately, a new passion was found for Kaitlyn while helping patients regain their own confidence through customized, medical grade skincare regimens. She has personally suffered from persistent acne and rosacea, so she understands how much a clear complexion can boost confidence.  

Since the aesthetic industry is constantly evolving, education remains a top priority for Kaitlyn.  She annually attends in-person and virtual trainings from the top national and international leaders in the aesthetic community. In 2018, Kaitlyn was nominated to be a National Galderma trainer, providing her the opportunity to train over 100 injectors every year on FDA-approved injection techniques with Dysport and Restylane filler. In addition, she provides beginner, intermediate, and advanced private injection trainings at Atalo Aesthetics. Kaitlyn is extremely grateful for the opportunity to give back to the aesthetic community through educating other injectors on safe and natural injection practices.

Katarina

Front Office Coordinator

Katarina was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and now lives in Oakley with her husband and two daughters. While previously working in Radiology, her passion for skincare took her career from the medical field into aesthetics. She quickly realized that was the best decision and couldn’t be happier! She is passionate about working with people, thrives on patient interaction and wants everyone to leave feeling their very best. She fell in love with skincare during her own journey which made her feel more confident. Her favorite treatments include microneedling, lip filler and a relaxing HydraFacial! She truly loves the industry she is working in and is blessed to work with such a wonderful team who strive to continue to grow and learn. When Katarina is not working, you can catch her spending time with family, traveling or shopping around Cincinnati.

Kristin

NP

Kristin is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She entered the healthcare field in 2008, initially working in emergency medicine (where she met Kaitlyn). Later, she decided to continue her education and became a nurse practitioner in 2014. After over ten years in emergency medicine, she transitioned into the skincare and aesthetics space in 2019. Kristin focuses on wellness, preventative health, and helping patients feel confident in their own skin. In addition, she has a passion for women’s health and serves as our go-to provider for any and all sexual health concerns our patients may have. Her patients love her bubbly personality and the lively, engaging atmosphere she creates during treatments.

Committed to ongoing education, Kristin regularly attends hands-on, in-person training to stay at the forefront of advancements in the field. She has completed advanced training in anatomy and ultrasound technology. In addition to this, Kristin has also completed advanced preceptorships through Sciton in order to master and improve techniques using their portfolio of devices 

Outside of work, you’ll find Kristin preparing home-cooked meals for her family and cheering on the UC Bearcats. She genuinely loves what she does and is passionate about helping her patients feel and look their best!

Mallory

MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Mallory is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been in the healthcare industry since 2013. After graduating from both Gardner-Webb University and Duke University, she spent her bedside nursing career on pediatric bone marrow transplant units. She continued her education and graduated with her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. Once graduated, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine and has since been specializing in injections and skincare since 2020.

Mallory has always had a passion for patient education, building relationships, and being a positive light in her patients’ lives. As a former collegiate athlete and travel nurse, Mallory is very personable, active, and detail-oriented. Her goal in becoming an aesthetic nurse practitioner was to use these passions to give patients the most positive experience with natural, confidence-boosting results. Throughout her pregnancies she has suffered from melasma and can empathize with patients on how much a clear complexion can boost your confidence. This experience fueled her passion for medical grade skincare and creating personalized plans for each of her patients.  

Outside of work you’ll most likely run into Mallory at a sporting event, a new restaurant, or on a walk with her family. She loves traveling and spending time with her husband, dog, and two daughters.

CARLY

Certified Medical Assistant

Carly was born and raised here in Cincinnati, Ohio. She comes to us with over 17 years of healthcare experience, ranging from Emergency medicine to pediatrics. Her newfound love of skincare steered her towards pursuing a career in aesthetics. Carly is very passionate about her patients and being a part of our amazing team. She strives to bring a smile and contribute to each patient’s exceptional experience. When she’s not here at Atalo, she enjoys traveling, cooking, attending concerts, cheering on her Bengals (Who Dey) and spending time with her family and friends.

Alison

Licensed Esthetician

Alison is a dedicated and passionate licensed aesthetician with a wealth of experience in the beauty industry. Graduating from Aveda in 2012, she has honed her skills and expertise to become a trusted skincare specialist. In addition to her background in aesthetics, Alison also holds a phlebotomy license and is currently pursuing her LPN program to enhance her ability to care for patients.

As a Face Reality acne expert, Alison understands the importance of continuing education in order to provide the best possible care for her clients. She is always seeking out new techniques and treatments to stay at the forefront of the industry. SkinBetter is her favorite product line, and she prides herself on using only the best products to achieve optimal results for her clients.

When she’s not busy helping her clients achieve their skincare goals, Alison enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is a loving wife to her husband Steve, and a devoted mother to her son Jaxson, and two daughters Avery and Willow. Family is at the center of her life, and she cherishes every moment she gets to spend with her loved ones.

Mackenzie

Licensed Esthetician

MacKenzie started her aesthetics journey at a spa in Dublin, OH and received her Esthetician license in August of 2021. Originally from Columbus, she decided to settle down in Cincinnati to continue her career. She is certified in Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and is also a level 2 Face Reality Acne Specialist. She has a particular passion for creating beautiful lashes and brows, but can easily cover all of your cosmetic and skin care needs. Her goal with every patient is to make them feel comfortable during facials and have them leave feeling more confident! When she isn’t training for a marathon, you can find her spending time with her Fiancé Cameron, and their golden retriever Brewer.

Sydney

Licensed Esthetician

Sydney has been in the cosmetic industry since 2017. She is committed to helping her patients achieve their skincare goals and enhance their natural beauty. Sydney prioritizes creating a welcoming environment where patients can feel comfortable and confident. She is continually expanding her expertise through ongoing education and advancements in the industry. Whether you are looking for a rejuvenating treatment, acne treatment, or guidance on product—she is here to support you! Sydney’s favorite treatments include a lash lift and tint, hydrafacials, and dermaplaning.

Annie

Front Desk Coordinator

After graduating in 2015 with a fashion design degree from the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program, Annie settled into a career in bridal. Through that, she discovered her passion for connecting with clients and bringing joy to their day. After marrying her high school sweetheart and the birth of their two sons, Annie left the bridal industry to become a stay-at-home mom. During those years, she developed a love for aesthetics and skin care! Annie is so excited to bring her enthusiasm for aesthetics and exceptional customer service to our team here at Atalo! When not at work, you can find Annie out and about, usually with a coffee in hand, with her husband and sons. She enjoys thrifting, reading any book mentioned on Bad On Paper podcast, gel manicures, and, of course—skin care! 

Malia

Front Desk Coordinator

Malia is originally from Cincinnati but spent thirteen years following her husbands career in the Marine Corps and growing her family. She has moved from the Carolinas all the way to Okinawa Japan volunteering her time supporting other military families and young Marines. Malia spent five years working in Orthodontics where she found her love for patient care. She moved back to the area in the summer of 2025 to be closer to family and lay down roots after her husbands retirement. Malia enjoys spending her time with her four children, friends and family. She also enjoys working out, reading thrillers and of course skincare!
