Sensitive Skin Facial
Our sensitive skin facial is a soothing facial designed for those with sensitive skin. It begins with steam, a double cleanse, and extractions. We apply a powdered enzyme to gently exfoliate the skin, which is followed by a hot towel. This is followed by a sheet mask and red light therapy which provides suppleness, nourishes the skin, and promotes cell regeneration.

FAQs
We recommend a HydraFacial or Facial once a month. For active acne, it can be performed every two weeks. Often, HydraFacials are performed in between other treatments, such as BBL or microneedling, for overall enhanced results. Skin loves routine, so our licensed cosmetologist and esthetician will work with you to develop a care plan to keep your skin consistently healthy!

- Hyaluronic Acid is a substance the skin produces on its’ own, but production decreases as we age. The decrease in Hyaluronic Acid leads to dryness and signs of aging, such as fine lines, wrinkles, and a loss of volume in the skin. Hyaluronic Acid creates more youthful, plump skin by providing short- and long-term hydration.

It has been proven that your hair growing back thicker or darker after a Dermaplane treatment is a myth. Dermaplaning is a non-invasive exfoliating treatment that is only temporary – meaning your hair will grow back the same way it was before with no changes in color or thickness.
It is best to avoid putting makeup or heavy skincare on your face immediately after having a facial. Your pores have been cleared out during your facial treatment and they may become clogged if your skin has not had the right amount of time to breathe. It is best to schedule your facial when you don’t have any plans during the next 24 hours that would require you to put on makeup.
You may experience some redness or tightness after your treatment, but these are common side effects that typically resolve quickly. Just be sure to let your skin breathe after your treatment by avoiding makeup for 24 hours after your HydraFacial.
Yes, you can come with makeup on to your appointment. Your esthetician will be sure to thoroughly cleanse your skin before starting the treatment, so all of your makeup will be removed during this process.
You should really use an SPF every day to protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun that can contribute to things like skin aging and sun spots. After a facial treatment, your skin has been exfoliated and can be even more sensitive to harmful rays from the sun – so it is important to wear sunscreen in the days following your facial.
